1. Age Appropriateness & Consent

• The MCQ SPM app is designed for students, including those aged 12 and above.
• Users under 13: For users under the age of 13, we comply with global child protection standards. We do not collect precise geolocation or share data with third parties for behavioral advertising for this age group.
• We encourage parents and guardians to supervise their children's digital activities.
• Consent: By using this app, users (or their guardians, where applicable) consent to the processing of data as described in this policy.

To provide a personalized educational experience, we may collect the following:

• Identity Data: Name and Email Address (used for account creation and synchronization).
• Educational Data: Institution/School Location and Name (used to provide region-specific content).

3. Data Retention and Security

• Retention Period: We retain your personal data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. Inactive accounts and associated data are purged after 24 months of inactivity.
• Security: We implement industry-standard encryption (AES-256) to protect your data during transition and at rest. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

• "Manifestly unfounded" requests include those where the requester intends to harass the Company or its employees , or requests intended to cause an undue burden on resources (e.g., trolling or spamming).
• We also reserve this right if the request makes unsubstantiated allegations or is disproportionate to the user's interaction with the Service.
• If a request is determined to be frivolous, we will provide a formal notice of refusal stating the grounds.

8. Tracking Technologies

• We use "Tokens" and "Local Storage" rather than traditional browser cookies to maintain your login session and save your progress locally on your device.
• These are essential for the app's offline functionality.
